2. Shipping Options and Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping across New Zealand. Delivery times generally range from 2-10 business days, depending on your location and the size of your order.

Special Orders or Out-of-Stock Items: For special orders, custom items, or products that are out of stock, delivery may take up to 2 months. We will keep you updated on the status of your order throughout the process.

3. Shipping Costs

Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. For large or bulky items such as wall panels, additional shipping fees may apply.

4. Delivery Responsibility

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your order arrives safely. However, we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by couriers or external factors beyond our control (such as weather conditions or courier strikes).

The courier is responsible for any damage to goods during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@linnovate.co.nz, and we will assist you in making a claim with the courier.
