Refund and Returns Policy

At Linnovate Space Limited, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please review our refund and returns policy below for wall panels and all other products, including garden pots and water features.

1. Wall Panels

Unopened Items: Wall panels may be returned within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund. To qualify, the wall panels must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the items are damaged or defective.

Opened Items: We do not accept returns for wall panels if the packaging has been opened or tampered with, unless the items are damaged or defective. Please ensure you are certain of your purchase before opening the product.

Special Orders: Wall panels that are custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases where the product arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, please contact us immediately for assistance.

2. All Other Products (Garden Pots, Water Features, etc.)

Unopened Items: Returns for garden pots, water features, and other products are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date, provided the items are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. We will cover return shipping costs for these items.

Opened Items: We do not accept returns for opened or used items unless they are damaged or defective.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you. The courier is responsible for any damage to goods during transit, and we will assist you in making a claim if necessary.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@linnovate.co.nz with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and process your refund within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

5. Proof of Purchase

To process any return or refund, we require proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
