Grain Buds Auckland has set a new benchmark in retail design, taking home a Bronze Award at the 2025 NZ Commercial Project Awards. At the heart of its visual identity is a freestanding kiosk clad in 20mm-thick translucent Linnovate Jade Glass, elegantly backlit with integrated LEDs. This pairing of material and light creates a warm, ambient glow that brings the entire structure to life—ideal for anyone designing retail spaces, bars, or light-centric interiors.

Custom-produced and used for the first time in New Zealand, Linnovate Jade Glass blends the beauty of natural jade with the performance of engineered glass. Its semi-translucent surface captures and diffuses light evenly, making it a perfect material for creating illuminated walls, bar fronts, or dramatic focal points in any space.
